ATTN Olympia-Tacoma bus riders: Service Changes in Effect

Route 603A is now called Route 602.

Route 603 trips serving Lacey Transit Center will now be called Route 605.

(Route 603 trips not serving Lacey will still be Route 603)

Route 603 now has an additional southbound departure from 10th and Commerce at 8:05am and an additional northbound departure from the Olympia Transit Center at 6:30pm.

Route 605 has an additional northbound departure from the Olympic Transti Center at 6:30am and an additional southbound departure from 10th and Commerce at 8pm.

  1. One issue that I've found recently is that the 10th and commerce stop of the Olympia Express is distinct from Pierce and Sound Transit service. I don't know how that's rectified, but it would be great if they could use the same stop for Onebusaway data.

  3. So is this a new development? The Oly Express has always used the ST Seattle stop at 10th and Commerce, in front of the data center/Woolworth's.

  4. Oh, I want to add that IT is having a public hearing on July 20th as to what they can do to patch the gap starting in October.
