Simpson's amendment to move forward on two way Mercer HOV passed without too much of a fuss which was good to see.

    I think I just watched it go down. :( What the hell are they thinking??

    Thanks for the link--I've never seen the legislature in action before. Used to watch C-SPAN a lot, so it's good to learn the names and faces and leg. process in Olympia.
